AP’s Ted Bridis Just Makes it Up as He Goes Along
17 September 2008Holy cow, this is insane. He should be sued for libel.
WASHINGTON (AP) – Hackers broke into the Yahoo! e-mail account that Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin used for official business as Alaska’s governor (ed: emphasis of complete fabrication all mine), revealing as evidence a few inconsequential personal messages she has received since John McCain selected her as his running mate.
“Used for official business”?!?!?!
He just made it up out of whole cloth. Insane.
Watch the pattern… diminish the actual laws broken by hackers and media, make up crap about Palin.

Yes amazing isn’t it, there was nothing in the emails in any way that had to do with government business, yet he did his best to imply an improper use of her personal email account.
Using logical fallacies to try and shore up his conclusion. So if the following isn’t true, and we see now it isn’t:
The disclosure Wednesday raises new questions about the propriety of the Palin administration’s use of non government e-mail accounts to conduct state business.
And this, which has nothing to do with Sarah Palin anyway:
The practice was revealed months ago — prior to Palin’s selection as a vice presidential candidate — after political critics obtained internal e-mails documenting the practice by some aides.
Which occurred MONTHS AGO…so
He is using logical fallacy to try and turn a lie into a truth.
You may fool some people Ted but a lie is a lie and you told a whopper.
Then what can you expect from an outdated institution such as the newspaper industry. They hang on by their fingernails to a dwindling customer base and are reduced to scrabbling in the gutter for anything they hope will be newsworthy.
Delusional as they are, thinking they can control the election, their time has long past. Outright lies, misdirection and cheap sensationalism is all they have left to lure the public.
